he Longton Room occupies most of the upper floor at School Lane and is ideal for larger gatherings, parties, and conferences. It is also home to our popular Northern Soul night, held on the first Saturday of every month. The room features its own private bar with a full range of beers, wines, and spirits, along with a large stage equipped with modern DMX lighting. A standout feature is the traditional wooden sprung dance floor, covering most of the room, perfect for dancing and live events. Seating is available for up to 200 guests, with a maximum capacity of 250. Please note: toilets are located on the upper floor; however, there are no disabled facilities.

Located on the ground floor of the Walton Arms and with it's own front door access, The Ashcroft Room is ideal for smaller gatherings of any kind. Perfect for daytime use, including post bereavement receptions or intimate celebrations, the room offers its own private bar and seating for around 60 guests. Featuring beech wood flooring throughout, a stage, and a cosy dance floor with modern DMX lighting, The Ashcroft Room also boasts a unique steampunk style, giving it the warm, authentic feel of a traditional pub rather than a typical function room.
